Question 1

What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Accepted Answer

Pressure washing uses water force to clean. Low-pressure washing adds a cleaning solution that breaks down pollen, mildew and grime. We use whichever the surface calls for. Siding, windows and screens get low pressure. Driveways, concrete and pavers get pressure.

Question 2

How much does pressure washing cost in Middle Tennessee?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what you're cleaning. A typical single-story house wash runs $250–$450. A two-car driveway runs $125–$250. Window cleaning starts around $200. We give free quotes - text us a couple of photos and we'll come back with a real number.

Question 3

How often should I have my house washed?

Accepted Answer

Once a year is the sweet spot in Middle Tennessee. Homes under heavy tree canopy (Brentwood, Nolensville, Fairview) sometimes need it twice because of pollen and mildew. More open lots can stretch to every 18 months.

Question 4

Do I need to be home for the service?

Accepted Answer

No. As long as we have water access (an outdoor spigot) and a way around the property, we can handle it without you there. Most of our regulars are at work when we come.

Question 5

Will pressure washing damage my plants?

Accepted Answer

Not when we do it right. We pre-soak landscaping, rinse anything that catches overspray, and follow up after. We've washed thousands of homes around Middle Tennessee without killing plants.

Question 6

Is your crew insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes - $2 million general liability and workers comp on every job. We send the COI to your HOA or property manager on request.

Question 7

Do I need HOA approval?

Accepted Answer

Most HOAs allow exterior cleaning without specific approval, but a few require it. If you're in a tighter HOA (Weston, Parkland, Sandy) check your covenants. We're happy to provide our license and insurance for the file.

Question 8

Will pressure washing strip my paint?

Accepted Answer

Only if it's done wrong. We use low pressure on painted surfaces and the right tip distance. Done correctly, washing actually extends paint life by removing the grime and film that breaks it down.

Question 9

How long does a house wash take?

Accepted Answer

Most single-story homes are 2–3 hours. Two-story homes 3–4 hours. Big estates with lots of trim and detail can be a full day.

Question 10

Can you remove rust stains from my driveway?

Accepted Answer

Most of the time, yes. Irrigation rust and battery acid are the most common, and we have specific products for each. Older set-in stains are harder but usually we can get them faded significantly.

Question 11

Do you clean solar panels?

Accepted Answer

Yes - with deionized water and soft brushes, the way the panel manufacturers actually recommend. Twice a year is the right cadence in Tennessee.

Question 12

What about windows?

Accepted Answer

Interior and exterior. Squeegee for the lower levels, water-fed pole for the upper. Tracks and sills get wiped. See our window cleaning page for more.

Question 13

Do you offer recurring service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of our commercial work is on a schedule (weekly through quarterly), and a lot of our residential clients are on annual plans. The cost per visit is lower and the property never gets that 'overgrown' look.

Question 14

How quickly can you come out?

Accepted Answer

For most jobs, within the week. Same-day service is sometimes possible for small jobs. If you've got a closing or an event coming up, just tell us.

Question 15

Do you take credit cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Also check, ACH and Zelle for commercial accounts.

Question 16

Are you licensed in Middle Tennessee?

Accepted Answer

Yes - local business tax receipt and full insurance. Licensed for pressure washing services in Middle Tennessee.

Question 17

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Accepted Answer

We come back and re-do it. The job's not done until you're happy with it.
