And I was amazed at how clean they look now (inside and out plus screens). We have a rain guarantee, but even though it rained the next day, I can see no evidence of any rain residue. It really makes a difference if the window is really clean. Thanks for the excellent service and friendly help in making our 3 year old home look new again....”

We were referred to them by a friend who recently had her windows cleaned and couldn’t stop talking about the quality of their work compared to other companies she had used in the past. After our experience, I completely understand why. The process started with a representative coming to our home and providing a quote. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had pricing ready within minutes. Initially, we were looking to have all of our windows cleaned inside and out, including the screens. As we talked, he took the time to thoroughly explain the other services Flow Home Care offers and answered every question we had without any pressure or sales tactics. What impressed me most was the value they provided. We ended up moving forward with a package that included a soft wash of our roof, a soft wash of our brick exterior, complete interior and exterior window cleaning, screen cleaning, and even a light wash of our deck to remove bird droppings and other buildup. The pricing was extremely fair and competitive, especially considering the amount of work involved. Just two days later, exactly as promised, Jacob and Xander arrived on time and ready to work. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they had extensive experience and knew exactly what they were doing. They performed a thorough walkthrough before starting, explained the process, and then completed another walkthrough afterward to ensure everything met our expectations. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. One worked primarily on the interior while the other handled the exterior, making the entire process efficient and seamless. They treated our home with respect, even taking their shoes off before entering. Every window was spotless, the brick looked refreshed, the roof looked fantastic, and the overall appearance of our home improved dramatically.
